Description
4 Fiber is a very gentle, soothing fiber product containing natural oils that help lubricate the intestines, but no harsh, depleting or irritating ingredients such as psyllium or laxatives

Ingredients
Other Ingredients: 100% raw cold milled flax seed powder (source of lignans), 100% raw cold milled Hemp seed powder, rice bran ( source of tocotrienols and phytosterols), Noni fruit fiber, noni leaf powder, oat fiber, carrot fiber, beet fiber, guar gum, slippery elm bark, cat's claw, nopal, cumin, boldo, FOS, ginger root, stevia leaf extract, gymnema sylvestre, bitter melon fruit extract.

Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (12.2 gms) 4Fiber one or more times daily. Can be mixed with water or juice, or sprinkled on yoghurt or cereal. Refrigerate after opening.
