| Recommended Use |
| naNO Vapor is extremely powerful, so do yourself a favor. Start off by mixing 1 scoop (1 serving) with 3 to 4 oz. of cold water and downing it about 15 minutes before hitting the weights. Then, grab something heavy. As you develop respect for, and understand the power of naNO Vapor, you can gradually increase the dosage to 2 to 3 scoops (2 to 3 servings) mixed in 8 to 12 oz. of cold water before working out.
For maximum results, consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 3 scoops (servings) in a 24-hour period. Due to the extreme reactivity of the naNO Vapor formula, made sure the container is stabilized for at least 10 to 15 seconds before opening the lid. My Review: I've been using naNO Vapor, Fruit Punch for a while now and have seen great results. I was previously using BSN N.O. Xplode as a pre-workout supplement. I saw good results but not quite as much as I have seen in the time that I have been using naNO Vapor. Yes, Blue Raspberry tastes the best. Once you train with it, you'll never train without it.

My Review: I have been taking naNO Vapor, Fruit Punch with my best friend for a month. I've most definitely noticed great gains at the gym, and my weights went up so far around 30%. I hear the Blue Raspberry is great- but I'm getting really sick of the fruit punch flavor. It tastes disgusting especially after a daily routine. We may discontinue usage because there are some physical side effects such as itchy skin and feeling almost intoxicated. We also experienced the feeling of a full stomach. Its the scary, mental effects that my best friend and I are experiencing. We almost lost our friendship over this because we are constantly irritable, have verbal fights and are extremely short tempered with each other. I was never this way before taking naNO Vapor. Never, ever take this and drink alcohol on off days. It's bad! In summary, based on my friend and mines personal experiences, we would give this product 5 stars for physical performance. The effects are awesome - like no other product. But we give 4 thumbs down on the scary, mental effects. We are discontinuing usage. Beware.

My Review: naNO Vapor is awesome, but never use two or three scoops. It's powerful and, if you use more, you will get tired and get diahrrea. So start with one scoop. It's great! If your body is recovering and you haven't been to gym, it will recover your body in 10 minutes. Thanks a lot Muscletech.

My Review: I have to say naNO vapor has already done great effect on me. I haven't run into any side effects, but I am curious if there are any long-term affects? My arms have gotten bigger as well as my bench max went up 10 pounds, I have had naNO vapor for 2 weeks and I will continue to use it. Make sure to not depend on it. The only thing is it gives you about 40 min of energy right from when you take it. You will start to shake. After those 40 min you are dead. Just rest for an hour and you will be fine.
