This is my second day taking trimspa energy. I was at 120 lbs, now I'm at 115. It is working quite well. The only thing that I'm not digging is that I'm all antsy and anxious. I slept last night, but today I have a feeling it may take me a while before I can fall asleep.

I've been taking TrimSpa Energy only 2 days, taking only 3 pills instead of four. Yes, I have more energy, and yes, I lost 2.5 pounds after the first day. But I haven't slept more than 4 hours for the last 2 nights. I think mostly because my legs are left with an achy, restless feeling, like I need to stretch but it just doesn't help. The lack of sleep is not worth it.

A few years ago (weighing in at 226) I started taking the original Trimspa. I lost almost 100 lbs within 4 months (I ate mostly negative calorie foods) and I've kept it off (now weigh 125-130 lbs). Every so often I gain 5-10 lbs and take Trimspa to take it off. It curbs my hunger and allows me to lose the weight quickly and easily. I just bought my first bottle of TrimSpa Energy and I love it (although my favorite so far is the Trimspa Ultra).

I come from a long line of overweight people. My normally thin sister started getting big, so she started taking TrimSpa. She was approximately 165 and is at 130 now. She told me her secret and I started taking it right away. I started at 249 and now I am 242. I've been taking the product for 2 months. My sister for much longer. We both agree we didnt see any change in the first month, it all started coming off during the second month.. It was even OKed by my Dr since my cholesterol, blood pressure, etc was healthy. I did get dehydrated, though. I had earaches, dry skin and lips, headaches. I went to the doctor thinking I had an ear infection or something - I was told I was dehydrated, so I added a lot of water to my diet and now I'm fine.

This is my third day taking TrimSPa Energy. I am not eating as much, but feel warmer then usual. As for engery, I am just antsy and can't sit for very long. I am going to give the whole bottle a try before I actually decide if I like it or not!
