I have been using Hydroxycut Advanced for almost a year now and I can say that this really does work as long as you are taking it consistently. With all supplements if you take it only here or there it is useless, but when you take it everyday, at the right time, it works wonders. I was never overweight, but needed to shed a few unwanted pounds, and with a weekly training schedule and the right diet, Hydroxycut made me very lean and very cut. This really works as long as you know how to use it.

I've tried this version of Hydroxycut Advanced several times, on and off. I have a hard time remembering to take the pill on a regular basis as directed. The pills are large and make me gag. I'm trying it again and I'm noticing that it makes me nauseous. It's difficult to work out as directed when you're too nauseous to do anything other than lay on the couch. I've seen no weight loss as of yet but I'm determined to finish the bottle since I paid alot for it.

Hydroxycut is an excellent product, which I have used previously and lost up to 15-20 pounds. The side effects are minimal... 1 or 2 restless nights and that's it after almost a month. I feel energized and it stops me from craving junk food as well. I am still eating well, of course. Give it a try - you have nothing to lose... except unwanted pounds!

I added Hydroxycut Advanced to my normal 5 day a week workout routine to drop a few extra pounds. Three weeks later and not 1 pound difference. I would recommend you not waste your time and money on this.

I would rate this as 3 for now. I have tried the old hydroxycut and that really works! In just a couple of weeks you could see a difference. I'm taking the new Advanced Hydroxycut for almost 3 weeks now and I don't see any change at all. The good side is that my heart doesn't palpitate with this new one. I always have the impression that any weight loss product by MuscleTech is good.
