Kombucha is the cultured growth of beneficial bacteria and yeasts that form a mushroom shaped colony bound in cellulose matrix. Kombucha propagates or recreates another "culture" similar to itself during the fermentation process. When it ferments it produces alcohol, which is then converted into acetic acid (ie. vinegar). Vinegar has been used by humans for thousands of years. The Assyrians, Greeks and Romans thought it an important medicine in its own right. |

Describe yourself:
I've been using this product for more than 6 months. I started seeing results or noticing a difference immediately. This product has no taste.
My Review: I started drinking Kombucha 16 years ago. For 14 years I "cooked" it myself, then I found that I could buy it in capsule form from eVitamins. It is a most amazing product that dates from the Middle Ages when it was drunk in Siberia and China. It will not only energize you, you will also look years younger than your age. Also it has improved my eye sight -- this is not my imagination because each time I have my eyes tested I am told that my glasses are too strong for me. I asked my ophthalmologist whether eye sight can improve and he told me "it can happen, but it is rare". I take two capsules daily. If you take more you may find that you do not sleep so well!
